Do I need to reinstall the software after I purchased the upgrade?
Yes. The customer needs to reinstall the software after the purchased the upgrade.
To reinstall the software, please follow the following:
Step 1. Uninstall the current software.
Step 2. Click
here to log in.
Step 4. Click the upgrade version you have purchased. Example: VidCuratorFX Pro
Step 5. Download the software.
Step 6. Use the same App ID and App Secret. Click here to know how to get it.
