Do I need to reinstall the software after I purchase the upgrade?

Yes. The customer needs to reinstall the software after they purchase the upgrade. 

To reinstall the software, please follow the following: 
Step 1. Uninstall the current software. 
Step 2. Click here to log in. 
Step 3. Go to VidBuilderFX Members Area located at the top left corner of your screen. 
Step 4. Click the upgrade version you have purchased. Example: VidBuilderFX Platinum
Step 5. Download the software. 
Step 6. Use the same App ID and App Secret. Click here to know how to get it.
