why app review is required in VidcuratorFx2 and why are you getting such message on creating API ?

Query- Why am getting this message on creating API?


All of a sudden it might come to your mind that now why app review is required because according to the news on 24^th April Facebook stated change in their policy in which they will put all API involved applications under review -
